What happened

The publication brings together certificates from all 52 provincial electoral boards across 231 pages. It lists Congress and Senate candidates, their order and substitutes; electoral boards must still review eligibility requirements before proclamation.

BOE-A-2026-22607 records lists filed by 26 October. In Balears, Lucía Muñoz is third and an independent on ARAMÉS-Front Ampli’s list. Teruel has no CHA–Frente Amplio Congress list, while Senado de Progreso de Aragón appears for the other chamber. These findings concern specific constituencies and chambers, not nationwide withdrawals.

Votuo analysis

Publication makes party announcements checkable, but does not yet establish final acceptance. Proclamation is scheduled for 2 November and publication for 3 November. These lists are neither election results nor seats already allocated to their candidates.
