What happened

JEC Instruction 2/2026 sets the procedure for public media. The Radio and Television Commission meets on 4 November at noon; this is not yet a party-by-party allocation of airtime.

The central board allocates national airtime on a commission’s proposal, with one representative per participating formation represented in Congress. Parties running alone in some constituencies and in coalitions elsewhere receive one representative. Regional allocation is delegated to the relevant boards.

Votuo analysis

Adopted on the 26th and published on the 29th, the instruction concerns free advertising on public media. It does not confirm debate participants, private interviews or final broadcast schedules.
