What happened

elDiario.es reports a 70% share for PSOE and 30% for Frente Amplio and its allies across 44 constituencies. PSOE would head all those joint candidacies; final names remain subject to completion of the lists.

ElConstitucional.es also reports the allocation and an expectation that Frente Amplio will take many second places. It identifies exceptions among positions PSOE won in 2023: the second Valencia place would go to Compromís and the second Navarra place to Frente Amplio. This is not a final list of proclaimed candidates.

Votuo analysis

These percentages allocate candidate places, not guaranteed seats or a fixed share of the future Senate. Outcomes depend on votes for individual candidates in each constituency. Filing the lists and their subsequent proclamation by the electoral boards will establish which names are finally included.
