What happened

EITB reports EBB proposals including Goia, Urtaran and Del Campo. Names were submitted alphabetically without final list positions. The schedule provides for a second round on 13–15 October and a national assembly on the 17th.

The report dates from 7 October; this review does not turn its proposals into a new decision. It describes an internal process involving municipal, territorial and national organisations. We do not infer the outcome of subsequent votes.

Votuo analysis

Being named in a proposal differs from leading a final list. Alphabetical ordering establishes neither hierarchy nor likely winning positions. Voters will need the approved list for their constituency and its subsequent electoral proclamation.

Personnel changes may affect representation and parliamentary experience without establishing a programme change. Votuo separates candidate selection from policy positions, which require documents or statements explicitly identifying what the party proposes.

How to read this update

This is a proposal. Approval or formalisation needs to be checked against subsequent publications.
