What happened
Joint Congress arrangements remain in the Canary Islands and the Valencian Community. Podemos is outside the Aragon and Balearic pacts; cooperation with ERC continues.
After the deadline expired at midnight on 16 October, Europa Press and EFE’s territorial overview agree that no nationwide deal was reached. Podemos and Frente Amplio parties share the Unidad del Pueblo Canario and Compromís–Front Valencià arrangements. Madrid has separate projects led by Emilio Delgado for Frente Amplio and Irene Montero for Podemos.
Podemos is outside the Congress pacts with CHA in Aragon and Ara MÉS in the Balearics. It retains cooperation with ERC in Catalonia: Podemos members would stand as independents on Republican lists, while Rufián and Montero share campaign events. This does not create an ERC–Podemos coalition ballot.
