Bravo presents PP housing proposals

What happened
Juan Bravo proposes expanding housing supply, speeding construction and helping young buyers through tax cuts and guarantees. PP publishes an interview summary; it is not the full 29 November manifesto.
The proposal combines greater supply with access support: land mobilisation, simpler procedures, tax relief and guarantees for young buyers. The million-home target appears in PP’s interview account. We do not present the party’s criticism of government policy as an independent assessment.

Votuo analysis
Votuo distinguishes creating homes from financing purchases. Assessment requires the amount of land, builders, schedules and costs, and whether supply reaches high-demand areas. The announced number is a target; its effect on prices cannot be inferred from the headline alone.
Editorial interpretation: implications and open questions based on the cited sources.
How to read this update
The publication records what the party says or proposes. A campaign statement does not itself establish an enacted measure.
