PCTE
PCTE advocates working-class opposition to capitalism, socialised production and public services without private management. Its 2023–2027 struggle programme proposes a 35-hour cap, rent controls, public healthcare and education, protection against gender-based violence and withdrawal from the EU and NATO. The document distinguishes this struggle programme from an election manifesto. Its Political Bureau decided to contest the election on 7 October. The party seeks ballots in as many constituencies as possible; no lists or lead candidates are treated as proclaimed.

Soria ¡YA! is a provincial civic movement constituted as a political party, focused on territorial equality and tackling depopulation in Soria. Its 2023 general-election manifesto tackles depopulation through territorial funding, nearby services, infrastructure, social housing, subsidised transport and agricultural support. It proposes stronger dependency care and heritage conservation. Tax cuts for depopulated areas do not establish a position on income tax for all households; more healthcare funding does not imply reversing privatisation. Announced its intention to contest the 29 November election in Soria. The 6 October report says the decision requires Assembly ratification; it does not establish proclaimed lists. Its own 2023 national manifesto remains a historical reference.

Its 2023 general-election programme addresses rural services, primary care, dependency support, transport, research and renewables with territorial safeguards. Its proposed moratorium on large projects is not treated as opposition to all clean energy. Tomás Guitarte announced preparations for primaries to regain representation on 29 November. A subsequent proposed Aragonese alliance does not establish an agreement with CHA or a joint ballot.
