Biografia
Divorciado. Cuatro hijos. Licenciado en Derecho, 1987, por la Universidad de Valencia y en Ciencias Políticas por la UNED. Doctor en Derecho, 1993 por la Universidad de Valencia. Catedrático de Derecho Constitucional, 2017, en la Universidad de Valencia. Doctor Honoris Causa por las Universidades de San Francisco Xavier (Sucre, 2011) y de los Santos Cirilo y Metodio (Skopje, 2015).
